Of course, you can drill down into any project and go in to the smallest detail – you’ll find everything you need to know within the comprehensive database we provide. Flight schedules, rooming lists, meal planning, transfer schedules plus dozens of ancillary project fields to build a complete picture of your travel project.
When it comes to financial oversight, we also show you a payments and spend timeline going forward up to 12 months, so that you have clear oversight of budget use by cost centre or division, and know when all spend commitments will fall due – great for both cash-flow forecasting and for knowing how different budget holders have utilised funds and where spare resources may be potentially found.
Access to the portal is set on a hierarchical basis, so you can separate operational staff and enable them to only see and work on their own projects, but you and other nominated senior personnel can have visibility across the entire production site.
What does it cost? Nothing. The Traveleads Sports Portal has been developed for the benefit of our sports and recreation clients who have to manage larger group projects and our aim is to make life as easy as possible for both the project managers and the senior executives who require oversight of logistical and financial planning.
