Two more speakers have been confirmed to speak at the Sports Summit 2014 – Mark Given, Head of Brand at Sainsbury’s and Joanne Bullen, Director at Lexington Communications.

Sport and recreation organisations, now more than ever, must gather insight on participants – indeed customers – and develop new strategies to adapt and thrive in the changing landscape around us.

The Sport Summit 2014 is taking place on 5 June at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge.

Costing from as little as £100+VAT for Alliance members, summit will bring together leaders from across sport and the commercial sector to tackle these key issue and champion sustainability in sport.

Mark Given and Joanne Bullen have both joined a growing list of speakers who straddle both the business and sport world. Those already confirmed include:

  • Ed Warner, Chair of UK Athletics
  • Rick Parry, former Premier League Chief Executive and Former Chairman of the DCMS Sports Betting Integrity Panel
  • Nigel Wood, Chief Executive of the Rugby Football League and Rugby World Cup 2013
  • Kevin Carpenter, Sport Lawyer at Hill Dickinson and former editor of LawinSport
  • Amanda Bennett, Governance Advisor to the Sport and Recreation Alliance and former Head of Governance at UK Sport.
