The Sport and Recreation Alliance is delighted to announce Equality Leaders as the organisation’s new equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) partner.
Equality Leaders’ mission is to support organisations in delivering impactful ED&I outcomes critical to their sustainable and commercial success. They take a disruptive, innovative and compassionate approach led by evidence-based insights to focus on building thriving futures for the communities we live in, work with, and serve.
They deliver sustainable ED&I solutions to help organisations become more diverse, inclusive and impactful, by offering consulting, bespoke learning experiences, and events, a number of which will be available to Alliance members.

The session will be led by Tim Hardy-Lenik, Non-Executive Director at Equality Leaders, with over a decade of experience affecting diversity, equity and inclusion change in different industries; and Minaxi Mistry, founder and CEO of Equality Leaders, who has been instrumental in designing and delivering inclusion strategies across the public and private sector.
