The newsletter discusses:

  • Changes to TUPE – will they impact on your organisation?
  • Conversion to charitable status – a new era for sport and recreation?

The Legal Panel Framework was set up by the Sport and Recreation Alliance, Sport England, Sport Wales and UK Sport to help sport and recreation organisations find trusted legal advice.
