The Sport and Recreation Alliance is delighted to announce that, with Sport England’s Chief Executive, Jennie Price, confirmed as one of the keynote speakers, early-bird bookings are now being taken for the Sports Summit 2016.
Taking place on 25 May at the Kia Oval, the Summit will bring together leaders from across sport and the commercial sectors.
This year’s theme focuses on Evidencing Impact and Using Data.
With the release of the Government’s Sports Strategy and with Sport England currently consulting on its own strategy, there are significant changes and proposals coming up that will shape how the sector captures and uses data in the future.
Topics of discussion throughout the day will include:
- Applying insight
- Ensuring high quality data capture
- Measuring impact
- Diversifying funding streams
- Social value of sport participation
The speakers and workshops on the day will inform delegates and enable them to identify the following:
- How the new strategic framework is going to impact the sporting landscape
- Identify ways to apply insight and ensure its capture is of high quality
- How to measure, understand and communicate effectively around the impact of their work
A full agenda will be made available very soon and in the coming weeks more exciting keynote speakers and workshops will be announced.
Early-bird prices are as follows:
- £150+VAT Members
- £220+VAT Non-Members
- £305+VAT Corporate/Executive
