Please note the following:
1. Nominees must be individuals who have an understanding of, and commitment to, sport and/or physical recreation and have confirmed their willingness to stand after reading the relevant role description concerning their roles and responsibilities. They must also have an association with an organisation in membership of the Sport and Recreation Alliance at the time of their nomination.
2. Nominations must be made by a Division or a Representative of a Full Member.
3. Nominations should be received with a relevant CV and completed application form by the Company Secretary no later than 12 noon on Friday 3 March 2017.
4. All candidates’ CVs and application forms will be considered by the Nominations Committee at their meeting scheduled to take place on 9 March 2017; interviews will be held on 22 March 2017.
5. Representatives from Full Members will vote and select their preferred candidate by electronic ballot during April.
6. The three-year term for the two Elected Directors will commence at the conclusion of the 2017 Annual General Meeting in July.
