sports coach UK and Sport England have launched a consultation survey on a draft Coaching Plan for England.

The Coaching Plan for England will set out the future direction for coaching policy and investment in England. It’s hoped that the coaching plan will ensure that:

  • coaching meets the needs of all participants
  • a coordinated approach to coaching delivery is implemented nationwide
  • coaching has a high profile within the sector.

sports coach UK is now consulting on the draft content for the coaching plan and is keen to involve Chief Executives, Development Directors and others working or volunteering in sport to ensure that they capture a wide range of perspectives.

You can find out further information, read the draft plan and complete the short survey on the Sport England website.

The survey will run until 3 October 2014.
