Alliance launch Virtual Board Evaluations

Alliance launch Virtual Board Evaluations news article image

With social distancing limiting person-to-person interaction, we have embraced a digital way of working to continue delivering activity and learning.

The Alliance is pleased to announce that you can continue to push your organisation forward by signing-up to our brand-new Virtual Board Evaluation.

Our evaluation service offers a seamless solution to those seeking to continue board effectiveness reviews this year. The process allows boards to review their own performance, understand what is working and what can be improved moving forward.

The seven-step process includes an online scoping meeting to determine what are the pressure points and the key issues for the board.

Once determined, our quantitative and qualitative analysis will understand themes which are blocking director performance levels and our experts will provide a comprehensive analysis with key actions.

Benefits of an effectiveness review include improved leadership, better board culture, clarity of roles within the board and enhanced accountability.

Speak with a member of our expert governance team to book your evaluation here.

As an expert within the sector, we understand your needs as an organisation and our reviews are customised accordingly.
