A new and exciting campaign spearheaded by Angela Rippon CBE is being launched called Let’s Dance! with one objective – to get more people dancing.
The campaign aims to be a nation-wide movement of dance organisations, charities, health professionals, community groups, celebrities getting together on a given day in March 2025.
The goal? To get as many organisations and dance teachers as possible, along with partners, schools, community groups from across the country signed-up and spreading the word to make Let’s Dance as big and impactful as it could possibly be – hosting a variety of classes and opportunities for individuals to get dancing on one given day!
How to find out more? If you are a dance or movement organisation, or perhaps a business, sport club, charity, local leader who wants to join in and find out how to get involved – please join one of our pre-launch briefing sessions we are hosting next week.
The campaign is being supported by the /together coalition, which has brought us the Big Help Out, Thank You Day, and other national mass-participation campaigns.
The Alliance has been working with Angela and /together to support getting this campaign off the ground, and we are excited to share this with you and hope you will come on board – getting your organisations, schools, instructors and teachers involved in the build up to and on Let’s Dance Day.
