Under the new partnership, the Alliance Board of Directors will benefit from a smart and secure collaboration platform known as the Board Portal which ensures efficient and protected management of business-critical information.
We are also delighted to confirm that our members will benefit from purchasing the portal at a discounted rate. All Alliance members will be eligible.
Through Admincontrol’s cloud-based solution, users will be able to go paperless, have everything easily searchable in one place and the ability to share and discuss ideas with their peers anytime, anywhere.
Commenting on the partnership, Lisa Wainwright MBE, CEO of the Sport and Recreation Alliance said: “We are delighted to confirm Admincontrol as our official governance partner and look forward to all that this new partnership will bring to our organisation.
“As we look to move towards more innovative and sustainable solutions, this environmentally friendly platform will prove significant in driving the Alliance forward.
“Its user-friendly approach will no doubt encourage greater collaboration between Board members which will result in better decision-making and therefore enhance our ability to support our members at a time of great importance.
“The benefits of the portal for both the organisation and user are far-reaching and we will be actively encouraging those who want to improve their governance to get set-up on the platform.”
When asked about the partnership David Reilly, Admincontrol Managing Director UK and Ireland said: "We are delighted at Admincontrol to now be the official governance partner of the SRA. The values of our two organisations align and we firmly believe that businesses have an important role to play in contributing to social justice and people’s wellbeing. We look forward to helping the Alliance members improve their governance processes in an efficient and cost effective manner."
Admincontrol was founded in Norway in 2005 and has since expanded with premises in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands. They now have more than 131,000 active users from companies of all sizes and in all sectors.
Alongside their Board Portal, they offer Data Rooms tailored to document sharing, process support and access control within due diligence and other business-critical processes.
