2016 AGM Agenda now available

The AGM will include a report from the Chair of the Alliance; the receipt of the income and expenditure account, balance sheet and report of the auditors for the year ended 31 March 2016; the re-appointment of auditors; and the receipt of a report on the election of Directors for the three-year period 2016-2019.

We will also be celebrating the winners of our Community Sport and Recreation Awards.

If you have not yet confirmed your attendance as the authorised Representative Member of your organisation and would like to do so, please register here

If you are the authorised Representative Member but unable to attend, you do have the right to appoint another person as your proxy to attend in your place and a proxy form is available should you wish to do this.

Alliance hosts APPG Roundtable: Protecting sport and recreation spaces within the planning system

Yesterday, the Sport and Recreation Alliance were delighted to be joined by MPs, Peers and colleagues from across the sector for a panel discussion featuring representation from the Lawn Tennis Association, Sport England, The Football Association and the England and Wales Cricket Board, who spoke on the importance of protecting community sport and recreation spaces within the planning system.
