The 2025 AGM will be held at 11:00 on Wednesday 12 November 2025 at St James’s Palace, Marlborough Rd, London SW1A 1BQ.
Our President, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh will chair the meeting and routine business will include a report from Professor Dame Janet Beer, Chair of the Alliance, on the activities and successes from the year ended 31 March 2025; the receipt of the income and expenditure account, balance sheet and report of the auditors for the year ended 31 March 2025; the re-appointment of auditors; and a report on the new appointment of Directors for the period 2025 – 2029. This year we shall also present a Special Resolution for the adoption of new Articles of Association and a summary note on why we are looking to make changes is also provided together with the amended Articles.
If you are the lead, Primary Contact for your organisation and unable to attend this year’s AGM, you do have the right to appoint another person as your proxy to attend in your place and a form is available below should you wish to do this. Please follow the instructions on the form for completion and because we are holding the event at St James’s Palace, it would be helpful if you could return by no later than 12 noon on Friday 24 October 2025.
Members are, of course able to ask questions or seek further clarification at the AGM itself and are similarly invited to give notification of intent to do so to Company Secretary, Kate Lawrenson before the meeting.
