The 2024 AGM will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 15 October 2024 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 782 High Rd, London N17 0BX.
Our President, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh will chair the meeting and routine business will include a report from Professor Dame Janet Beer, Chair of the Alliance, on the activities and successes from the year ended 31 March 2024; the receipt of the income and expenditure account, balance sheet and report of the auditors for the year ended 31 March 2024; the re-appointment of auditors; and a report on the new appointment of Directors for the period 2024 – 2026.
If you are the lead, Primary Contact for your organisation and unable to attend this year’s AGM, you do have the right to appoint another person as your proxy to attend in your place and a form is available below should you wish to do this. Please follow the instructions on the form for completion and return by no later than 12 noon on Friday 11 October 2024.
Members are, of course able to ask questions or seek further clarification at the AGM itself and are similarly invited to give notification of intent to do so to Company Secretary, Kate Lawrenson before the meeting.
