During this period we will grow and develop the nations much loved game into a thriving, modern, inclusive sport that can be enjoyed by everyone, improving the health of the nation but also connecting people, teams and communities to help build a stronger society.

Rounders England is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to manage and develop our Talent Pathway. Working closely with the Director of Development, you will be responsible for organising high-quality training sessions and competitive events, coordinating key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication across our talent network.

We’re seeking someone with strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You’ll oversee the administration of talent hubs, support player development, and track programme progress. Whether it’s arranging fixtures, liaising with squads, or managing equipment and budgets, you’ll bring a proactive and confident approach.

About The Role

TALENT PATHWAY COORDINATOR

Working with the Director of Development, the role holder will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Rounders England Talent Pathway, delivering high quality performance events and training opportunities. Aspects of the role include organising Talent Hub training and competitive events, administering athlete progression and managing communications with players, coaches, officials, administrators.

ROLE PURPOSE

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the coordination and administration of the Rounders England Talent Pathway.

  • Part-time 10hrs per week
  • Some core hours required
  •  £6,349.20 FTE per annum
  • Fully remote (UK based) with national travel required
  • Permanent, subject to funding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the team of coaches, officials and administrators at talent events and hubs.
  • Support the growth and implementation of the Rounders England talent pathway.
  • Book and administer all talent hub sessions to include arranging workforce, player bookings and registers, and collating player feedback. 
  • Liaise with the Director of Development to ensure consistent and regular communication to the squads, workforce, staff team and potential talent athletes regarding events, training and tournaments. This will include invites, team selection and coaching
     plans.
  • Track and update Talent programme income and expenditure.
  •  Management of equipment and kit for programme.
  • Organise and attend meetings with coaches, hub leaders and pathway players.
  • Organise and promote player development days.
  • Record data accurately in line with GDPR and support in the collection of KPI’s
