Swim England West Midland Region is one of eight regions in England.
Regions form the middle of three tiers of national, regional and county swimming governance, each with specific areas of responsibility. The Region is managed at a strategic level by a Board of Directors, with the day-to-day responsibility for the aquatic disciplines lying with its volunteer managers, committees and working groups.
We are confident that by investing in coach development alongside the Swim England talent team, swimming in the West Midland will continue to improve, and that we will see more of our coaches and athletes succeeding on the national and international stage.
