About The Role
Purpose
The ECB Business Operations are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised personal assistant that can also lead on supporting the logistics of the ECB Board, including some hospitality functions for high-profile England cricket fixtures. This role is important for the smooth running of the ECB, and will be at the heart of English cricket operations.

Key responsibilities
- Managing the diary and corporate activities for the Director of Business Operations, during a busy time for the team. At a busy time for the team you’ll be coordinating key meetings, organising travel and other logistics, driving forward stakeholder engagement and managing finance queries (expenses, POs, invoices and subscriptions).
- Support the ECB Board meetings, including taking minutes, organising travel and accommodation and other essential arrangements.
- Working on VIP hospitality across major matchdays in the summer. This will include supporting Board members and other guests in advance and during key matches.
About you
- Experience as a personal assistant and/or Board-level support.
- A track record of being highly organised, hitting tight deadlines and managing stressful situations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good project management and planning skills?.
