PURPOSE
The ECB are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant & Accommodation Executive. You will be supporting the Managing Director of Competitions & Major Events logistics. This role is important for the smooth running of the ECB, and will be at the heart of English cricket operations.

About The Role
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF

YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing the diary and corporate activities for the Managing Director – Competitions & Major Events.
- Responsible for coordinating key meetings, organising domestic and overseas travel and other logistics, managing finance queries (expenses, POs, invoices and subscriptions).
- Supporting the Events Dept. in managing all match day accommodation throughout 2025/2026.
- Supporting at various meetings, including taking minutes, organising travel and accommodation and other essential arrangements.?Providing assistance at events and conferences.
- Assisting the Managing Director – Competitions & Major Events in preparations for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.
YOU’LL HAVE
- Experience as a personal / executive assistant.
- A track record of being highly organised, hitting tight deadlines and managing stressful situations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good project management and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
