About The Role
PURPOSE
Following the recent refurbishment of our estate to support hybrid working, this role will be reporting to and working with the Office Services Manager, to provide a comfortable, safe and inspiring workplace, at our London headquarters.
Reporting to the Office Services Manager any Health & Safety matters around the office, supporting the delivery of exceptional conferencing and catering facilities, monitoring stock levels, ordering where necessary stationery and coffee etc, maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, proactively seeking out solutions with the Office Services Manager to improve and develop all aspects of an office environment.
YOU’LL BE DOING
- Delivering a first-class customer service, creating a welcoming & friendly first point of contact to the organisation.
- Reporting any issues with cleaning, maintenance within the building, or any of our office services to always ensure the best environment for our staff – achieving this by daily walks around the office
- Support the effort within the ECB towards monitoring & reducing environmental impact.
- Responding quickly to emergencies that may arise and dealing with them appropriately.
- Supporting the Office Services Manager by adhering to and working to improve Front of House processes, including admin tasks to monitor all aspects of Office Services and Management.
YOU’LL HAVE
- Confidence or experience in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering first class customer service.
- Already have certification or be prepared to undertake a First Aid / Fire Warden course.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt in an exciting and rapidly developing environment.
- Flexibility to provide reception cover on major match days on evenings and weekends, as required by the Office Services Manager.
