Board and Executive
Closing date: 18th September 2026
We are ParalympicsGB. As the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, it is our responsibility to select, prepare, enter, fund and manage the ParalympicsGB team at each Summer and Winter Paralympic Games.
Championing Change, our 2022-32 strategy, sets the long-term direction for ParalympicsGB and reflects our near-term opportunities and challenges, setting ambitions for a ten-year period.
London 2012 kindled a passion for disability sport and demonstrated the power of the Paralympics to inspire a shift in perceptions of disability and ability. This strategy builds on that through the continued success of ParalympicsGB and by delivering real and sustainable improvements to the lives of disabled people across the UK over the next ten years. This is epitomised by our Equal Play Campaign.
