About Us

Job Summary

As Senior Ninja Coach, you will take the lead on developing and delivering our Ninja programme across multiple centres.

You will deliver fun, safe, and dynamic Ninja sessions, while mentoring junior coaches, creating structured programmes, and helping children develop both physically and mentally through Ninja-style training.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver dynamic Ninja sessions for children of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and structure the Ninja programme curriculum across Olympian centres.
  • Mentor and guide junior Ninja coaches to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions.
  • Implement training programmes that focus on strength, agility, balance, and movement skills.
  • Conduct warm-ups, conditioning, and cool-downs to prevent injuries and improve performance.
  • Foster a fun, challenging, and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Provide regular feedback to students and parents to highlight progress and next steps.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, including equipment checks and safe class management.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and senior management regarding programme development and class feedback.
  • Assist in promoting the Ninja programme to drive new memberships and retention.
  • Participate in team meetings, safety checks, and ongoing staff development.

Further Information

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2-3 gymnastics or parkour coaching qualification (essential).
  • Specialist experience in Ninja, Parkour, Free Running, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, or similar physical movement disciplines.
  • Previous experience leading Ninja, Parkour, or similar activity programmes.
  • Strong understanding of athletic development, safe progressions, and child safeguarding.
  • Ability to design structured, progressive training plans for all levels.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland for a minimum 18-month contract (with option to extend).

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about Ninja and movement.
  • Natural leadership ability, capable of developing and motivating a coaching team.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Enthusiastic about developing children's confidence and skills through physical activity.
