Swim England, through aquatics, is uniquely placed to tackle inequalities and support health and wellbeing given the activities’ accessibility to people of all ages and abilities. On top of this, aquatics is made up of four amazing Olympic and Paralympic sports with our network of clubs and talent pathways supporting people to realise their full potential in the water.
In March of 2024, we published in full the findings of an independent listening research report commissioned as part of our pledge to create a better future for everyone involved in aquatic sports. Swim England has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Team Manager to support the England Aquatics Team through to the 2026 Commonwealth Games!
BACKGROUND:
Following the outstanding success of Team England’s Swimming and Para Swimming squads at the Gold Coast 2018 and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, Swim England is determined to build on this momentum for the 2026 Games in Glasgow, Scotland. With a strong foundation of developing talent, expert coaching, and strategic planning, our goal is to deliver an exceptional performance. The 2026 Commonwealth Games present a unique opportunity to showcase our athletes, inspire future generations, and make history in the pool.
