It’s an exciting time to join British Water Ski & Wakeboard as we continue the roll out and build on the progress of our current 5-year strategy, with equality, diversity and inclusion as a key priority.
You will play a key role in translating our high-level commitment to be an accessible, diverse and inclusive sport through an unrelenting focus on delivery of our roadmap and medium and long term goals. The successful candidate will lead collaboratively to ensure that we tackle inequalities, deliver on actions we have committed to and identify actions required for areas of further improvement. The successful candidate will understand the inequalities landscape, particularly in the wider sporting sector and possess the drive and leadership to help us achieve this ambition and deliver change.
Core Responsibilities
Salary – Up to £42K (pro rata) per annum dependent on skills and experience, 25 days holiday per annum pro rata.
Hours of work: Based primarily at our spacious, modern HQ in Chertsey, Surrey the post requires some travel, including occasional weekend / evenings as required. 35 hour working week (pro rata), we're all about output so hybrid working and flexible hours are possible for this role e.g. weighting the role more in line with the season.
