The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Degree Programme Mentor to join our Education Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students enrolled on our Higher Education and Degree programmes by providing academic, pastoral and professional mentoring throughout their learner journey. Alongside mentoring responsibilities, the post-holder will coordinate the operational delivery, administration, monitoring and reporting of the EFL Joy of Moving programme, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact against funding requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people, developing educational opportunities, and making a lasting impact through education, community engagement and partnership working.
