About The Role

Role purpose

To provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services team and across the organisation, ensuring the smooth delivery of core functions including governance, HR, and finance. This role supports the Strategic Lead for Organisational Health in maintaining effective Board and HR processes, contributes to efficient financial administration, and manages key logistical tasks to enable the organisation to run smoothly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

  • To provide administrative and governance support for Board and sub-group meetings, including scheduling, drafting agendas and minutes, circulating briefing papers, managing documentation, and responding to ad hoc requests.
  • To deliver comprehensive HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records on BrightHR, preparing employment documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating HR meetings, managing HR correspondence and filing, and ensuring compliance with employment procedures.
  • To support the finance function with bookings, stamping of paid invoices, filing, monthly credit card spreadsheet analysis, credit card/staff expenses reconciliation, stationery ordering, reconciling supplier statements and supporting the Finance Officer when required.
  • To act as a central point of contact for internal administrative queries and coordination between teams as needed.
  • To provide administrative support for projects and initiatives led by the Corporate Services team, such as audits, organisational development, or internal events.
