About The Role

As CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining our strategic direction, maximising income, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders. You’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, maintaining a culture of high performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic development and implementation
• Leadership and board support
• Partnership and business development
• Operations and program delivery
• Raising the profile of the sport and governing body
• Ensuring governance and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For: We seek an experienced leader who has worked as a CEO or at a senior executive level, with a proven track record of shaping and influencing organisational strategy. Ideal candidates will bring:

• Business and commercial acumen, with strong financial management skills
• Confidence in analysing financial management accounts
• Experience in mentoring, leading, and developing high-performance teams
